Personal Check
a. Mail, drop off in the rent drop box, or bring by the office during hours.
b. Make sure your building name and apartment number are on the memo section of check.
Online Bill Payment from your personal bank
a.Look for the tab concerning bill pay on your bank’s website.
b. Set Paradigm Properties up in “Bill Pay”. Direct payments to be sent to our office address 110 Andrew Place, West Lafayette, IN 47906.
c. Allow adequate time for processing and mailing so the check arrives by the due date of the 1st of each month.
Chase E-pay
a. If you bank with Chase you can go online to Chase’s website.
b. Go to their E-pay tab.
c. There you can direct your payment to our email: www. [email protected].
